Thank you for being part of a new journey for me in writing this blog and getting to know me a bit more. You may have seen me on the Great British Bake Off 2015 along with 11 other really great bakers and of course the fab 4( Mel, Sue, Mary and Paul).  I was amazed and touched by how much people welcomed me into their hearts as every where I go people still want to talk about my Lionbread . In the last year I have met so many great people and have found that bakers really are nice people.I have been welcomed into a really lovely family of bakers.  The Great British Bake Off family and friends.

In this blog I will show you what I have been up to, what is catching my eye, and will share what I have been baking, so that you can have a go.My life as a baker is a part-time life, if only it could be full-time! I am still a serving Prison Governor, and baking is my stress relief and passion.I will be trying to put new posts up as much as I can. I will also be talking about the sugar-craft world, a world of so many creative genius’, and from time to time will cross over into this world for my tutorials.  I would love you to follow me, interact with me and bake along with me.
